Our district is facing some critical challenges when it comes to high-quality healthcare. Constituents should not have to leave the district for much-needed services. Our safety-net hospitals, such as Jackson Park Hospital, are experiencing severe financial shortfalls. The revenue crunch prevents them from providing some lifesaving services for expecting mothers and victims of gun violence. This event was crucial in addressing these challenges and making a difference.
Congressman Jackson, the son of the legendary civil rights leader Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. and godson of one of the world’s most globally recognized civil rights leaders, the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., is honored to serve the district’s constituents. He welcomes your participation. We are also providing a table for your office to distribute information.
