The 8th Ward includes the neighborhoods of South Shore, Chatham, Calumet Heights, Pullman, Avalon Park, Burnside and South Chicago. There are approximately 550 blocks and 51,000 residents that reside in the 8th Ward, most of which are single family residences. It has beautiful parks, quality schools, thriving business and manufacturing districts, and plenty of business opportunities.
